Since its promulgation,"The Township Enterprise Law"has made historical contributions to the development of township enterprises.However,it has not been revised for a long time,leading to a disconnection between its content and the current state of social development.Additionally,its functions are similar to those of other laws such as"The Rural Revitalization Promotion Law",making it difficult to meet the contemporary demands of the rural revitalization strategy.Consequently,calls for its repeal have been increasing in recent years.It is recommended to include"The Township Enterprise Law"in the legislative amendment plan to promote the further development of township enterprises and better implement the rural revitalization strategy.
