摘要

凝聚法治共识,建设法治国家.在法治国家建设进程中,国家和社会需要大量德法兼修、德才兼备的青年人才.在高校思想政治教育课程体系中融入法治教育,有助于在德法共治的价值理念下提高大学生的法治精神以及法律素养,坚定大学生的法治信仰.在教学过程中,教师需要践行"理论认同—思想认同—政治认同"的思路,运用多元的教学方式,促使学生理解并掌握习近平法治思想的核心要义,凝聚社会主义法治共识,坚定社会主义法治立场和文化自信,为法治国家建设厚植文化底蕴.

Abstract

Building consensus on the rule of law to construct a rule of law state.In the process of building a rule of law state,both the nation and society require a large number of young talents who are well-versed in both morality and law,possessing both virtue and ability.Integrating legal education into the ideological and political education curriculum in higher education helps enhance college students'spirit of the rule of law and legal literacy under the value concept of co-governance of morality and law,and strengthens their belief in the rule of law.In the teaching process,educators need to practice the approach of"theoretical recognition—ideological recognition—political recognition",using diverse teaching methods to help students understand and grasp the core essence of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,build consensus on socialist rule of law,and strengthen the socialist rule of law stance and cultural confidence,thereby laying a cultural foundation for the construction of a rule of law state.
