摘要
目的 研究盐酸右美托咪定应用于小儿肠镜检查的效果与安全性.方法 将120例需要进行肠镜检查的患儿随机分为盐酸右美托咪定组(应用盐酸右美托咪定进行麻醉)、笑气组(应用笑气麻醉)和对照组(利多卡因表面应用),每组40例.观察比较3组术中镇痛效果和不良反应情况.结果 盐酸右美托咪定组镇痛效果与笑气组相当,但不良反应发生率低于笑气组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；而盐酸右美托咪定组镇痛效果明显高于对照组,差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 盐酸右美托咪定应用于小儿肠镜检查术,镇痛效果优越,安全性高,且操作简单,经济实惠,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the anesthetic effects of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride during colonoscopy. Methods A total of 120 children patients were randomly divided into dexmedetomidine hydrochloride group (nasal drip with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride) , N2O group (inhalation with nitrous oxide) and control group. Analgesic effects as well as incidence of adverse effects were observed and compared between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in analgesic effects between the dexmedetomidine hydrochloride group and the N2O group, but the adverse effect was lower in dexmedetomidine hydrochloride group than that in N2O group(P <0. 05). While the analgesic effects in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride is effective and safe in chindren colonoseopy. Being simple and economical, the dexmedetomidine hydrochloride is worth for application in clinical work in large scale.
