关节镜基础训练系统提高初学者操作能力的可行性探究

摘要
目的 评价关节镜基础训练系统能否提高关节镜下操作水平,并进行推广.方法 选取2015年3月至2015年4月期间在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院运动医学科学习的12名关节镜初学者以及6名关节镜医生使用关节镜基础训练系统进行训练.12名关节镜初学者随机分为两组:A组(练习组)、B组(对照组).6名关节镜医生为C组(经验组).A组和C组每天使用关节镜基础训练系统完成两组指定操作.B组不进行每天的指定操作训练.观察三组首次和2周后完成指定操作时间,研究关节镜基础训练系统能否提高关节镜操作能力.结果 经验组(C组)与初学者组(A组和B组)完成时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).A组(练习组)和B组(对照组)两周后完成时间比较有显著差异性(P＜0.05).C组(经验组)首次与两周后完成时间没有明显差异性(P＞0.05).结论 关节镜基础训练系统可以甄别操作者关节镜操作水平,明显提高关节镜初学者镜下操作能力,但对于技能熟练的关节镜医生提高作用不大.
Abstract
Objective To investigate whether arthroscopic fundamental training system (AFTS) can improve the capability of arthroscopy learner.Methods The 6 arthroscopic learners and 3 skilled arthroscopic doctors of the Department of Sports Medicine of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from Mar.2015 to Apr.2015 were searched.They were divided into training group (group A,3 learners),control group (group B,3 learners) and skilled group (group C,3 skilled arthroscopic doctors).The group A and group C used the AFTS for training every day.The time all groups spent in finishing the mission at the first time and 2 weeks later were compared.Results The skilled group (group C) and the learner group (group A and group B) had a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The time group A and group B spent in finishing the mission two weeks later had a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).However,the time group C spent in finishing the mission at the first time and two weeks later had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The AFTS has the ability to identify arthroscopic operation level and improve the operation level of arthroscopic learners,but it couldn' t improve the level of skilled doctors.
