超声生物显微镜在外伤性睫状体脱离诊断中的应用

目的 探讨超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscope,UBM)在外伤性睫状体脱离诊断中的应用.方法 收集2022 年8~12 月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院眼科门诊患者46 例(46 只眼)钝挫伤引起的睫状体脱离患者的UBM检查资料,对所获得的图像进行分析、整理.结果 46 例(46 只眼)患者均诊断为睫状体脱离,其中28 例(28 只眼)为睫状体与巩膜间连续裂隙样脱离,18 例(18 只眼)可明确查到离断口,为睫状体上腔与前房完全相通.结论 UBM能明确显示睫状体脱离范围、大小及伴随的其它病变,是目前诊断钝挫伤致睫状体脱离最直观的检查仪器.
Application of ultrasound biomicroscopy in the diagnosis of traumatic ciliary body detachment
Objective To explore the application of ultrasound biomicroscope(UBM)in the diagnosis of traumatic ciliary body detachment.Methods The UBM data of 46 patients(46 eyes)with ciliary body detachment caused by blunt trauma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October to December 2022 were collected,and the obtained images were analyzed and sorted.Results Forty-six patients(46 eyes)were diagnosed as cil-iary body detachment,of which 28 cases(28 eyes)were continuous slit-like detachment be-tween ciliary body and sclera,18 cases(18 eyes)were found clearly fracture,and the superior ciliary body cavity was completely connected with the anterior chamber.Conclusion UBM could clearly show the scope,size and other associated lesions of ciliary body detachment,and is the most intuitive examination instrument for the diagnosis of ciliary body detachment caused by blunt trauma.
