新型智能产前超声技术在胎儿腹部超声标准切面自动识别与获取中的应用价值

目的 探讨新型智能产前超声技术(smart fetus,SF)在胎儿腹部超声标准切面自动识别与获取中的临床应用价值.方法 选取2022 年6 月~2023 年1 月在哈尔滨红十字中心医院接受产前超声检查的378 例20~40+6周的孕妇作为研究对象,依据孕龄分为3 组:A组孕龄20~27+6 周,200 例;B组孕龄28~35+6周,125 例;C组孕龄36~40+6周,53 例.由 1 名高年资医生及 1 名低年资医生分别利用传统超声技术和SF技术对目标切面及腹围数值进行获取测量;另选取1 名高年资医生对以上2 名医生所取结果进行人工质控.结果 高年资医生及低年资医生应用SF技术获取各组目标切面用时均少于传统超声技术(P均<0.001);高年资医生及低年资医生应用传统超声技术获取各组目标切面,前者用时均少于后者(P均<0.001);高年资医生及低年资医生应用SF技术获取各组目标切面,前者用时均少于后者,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).高年资医生及低年资医生应用传统超声技术获取的胎儿腹部4 个需质控切面中,前者切面合格率均高于后者,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 SF技术对胎儿腹部超声目标切面的识别与获取有一定的临床应用价值,不仅较传统超声技术省时,还可对图像进行质量控制,对经验不足的低年资医生优势更加显著.
The application value of smart fetus prenatal ultrasound technique in auto-matic recognition and acquisition of fetal abdominal ultrasound standard sec-tions
Objective To explore the clinical application value of smart fetus(SF)prenatal ul-trasound in the automatic recognition and acquisition of fetal abdominal ultrasound standard sec-tions.Methods A total of 378 pregnant women of 20 to 40+6 weeks receiving prenatal ultra-sonography in Harbin Red Cross Central Hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into three groups according to their gestational age:Group A had 200 cases of 20 to 27+6 weeks gestational age;Group B had 125 cases with gestational age of 28~35+6 weeks;Group C had 53 cases with gestational age of 36~40+6 weeks.The target section and abdominal circumference were measured by a senior doctor and a junior doctor u-sing traditional ultrasound technology and SF technology respectively.Another senior doctor was selected to conduct manual quality control on the results obtained by the above two doctors.Re-sults The less time was took for the senior doctor and the junior doctor to obtain the target sec-tions of each group by SF technology than by traditional ultrasound technology(P<0.001).The less time was took for the senior doctor than the junior doctor to obtain the target sections of each group by traditional ultrasound technology(P<0.001).The less time was took for the senior doctor than the junior doctor used SF technology to obtain the target sections of each group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Among the 4 sections of fetal abdomen requiring quality control obtained by doctors with high experience and doctors with low experience using traditional ultrasound technique,the pass rate of the former section was higher than that of the latter,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion SF technique has clinical application value in the identification and ac-quisition of the target sections of fetal abdominal ultrasound,which not only saves time com-pared with traditional ultrasound technique,but also provides image quality control,and has more significant advantages for doctors with low experience.
