方法 采用一般资料调查表、颈椎功能障碍指数(the neck disabili-ty index,NDI)、SF-12 量表(the 12-items Short Form Health Survey,SF-12)、慢性病管理自我效能量表(Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease Scale,SEMCD)对哈尔滨市5所三甲医院的颈型颈椎病患者进行问卷调查.
Moderating effects of self-efficacy on the relationship between neck disability and quality of life in patients with neck-type cervical spondylosis
Objective To explore the moderating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship be-tween neck disability and quality of life in patients with neck-type cervical spondylosis,to pro-vide references for improving the quality of life of patients with neck-type cervical spondylosis. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on patients with cervical spondylosis of the neck type in five tertiary hospitals in Harbin by using a general information questionnaire, the neck disability index(NDI),the 12-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-12),and the Self-Effi-cacy for Managing Chronic Disease Scale(SEMCD).Multiple linear regression analysis and simple slope test were used to verify the moderating effect of self-efficacy between neck disabili-ty and quality of life. Results A total of 515 patients with cervical spondylosis of the neck type were surveyed. There was a positive correlation between patients'self-efficacy and quality of life(P<0.05),and a negative correlation between neck disability and quality of life(P<0.05);Self-efficacy had a moderating effect between neck disability and quality of life(β=-0.067,P<0.001).Conclusion The self-efficacy of patients with cervical spondylosis of the neck type can moderate the adverse impact of neck disability on patients'quality of life.Through active health education and self-management guidance,patients'self-efficacy can be improved, thereby improving their quality of life.
