Clinical effect observation of ultrasound visualization precision minimally in-vasive diagnosis and treatment of adhesive shoulder capsulitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound visualization precision mini-mally invasive diagnosis and treatment of adhesive shoulder capsulitis. Methods A total of 156 patients with adhesive shoulder capsulitis in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and were divided into study group(78 cases)and control group(78 cases)by random table. The control group received ultrasound diagnosis and health education, and the study group received ultrasound guided infusion therapy based on ultrasound diagnosis. The clinical efficacy, the changes in pain, shoulder joint function, and shoulder range of motion(ROM)before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group(96.15%)was higher compared with control group(85.90%)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the numerical rating score(NRS)score of 1 month,3 month in study group and control group was lower, and the NRS score was lower in study group(P<0.05).Compared with 1 month of treatment, the NRS scores of the study group and the control group were lower after 3 months of treatment, and the NRS score in study group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,Neer score of study group and control group was higher after 1 month and 3 months of treatment, and the Neer score in study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with 1 month of treatment,Neer score of the study group and the con-trol group was increased after 3 months of treatment, and the Neer score in study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the joint degree of motion(flexion,ab-duction and extension)of the study group and control group were increased after 1 month and 3 months of treatment, and the joint degree of motion in study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with 1 month of treatment, the joint degree motion(flexion, abduction and exten-sion)of the study group and the control group increased significantly after 3 months of treat-ment,and the joint degree motion in study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided precise minmally invasive treatment for adhesive shoulder cap-sulitis effectively improve the clinical efficacy, which can not only reduce the pain of patients, but also improve the function and motion of shoulder joints, and shorten the duration of the ill-ness.
