摘要
针对轴承套圈淬火锥度变形较大的问题,探讨了轴承套圈锥度变形的产生机理,认为网带炉有控制轴承套圈锥度变形的优点。通过对网带炉油槽小网带的线速度改变对比试验,得出18s翻转时间能较好的控制6210外套的锥度变形,同时认为网带炉并不能完全保证设备加工范围内轴承套圈的有序翻转,从而导致部分套圈锥度变形值较大。
Abstract
In view of the problem of great taper deformation of bearing ring after quenching, the producing mechanism of taper deformation was discussed, and the mesh belt furnace was reckoned to have the advantages of controlling the taper deformation. Through the linear speed change and contrast test of the small mesh belt of oil tank, it can be obtained that the reversing time of 18s can control the taper deformation of 6210 outer ring better. However, the mesh belt furnace can not ensure the orderly reversal of bearing ring within the processing range of the equipment, resulting in some ring taper deformation value is large.
