摘要
介绍了高速角接触球轴承启动过程中球对保持架的冲击力、保持架在离心力作用下产生的环向拉应力以及轴承运转中因球速变化引起的球与保持架之间作用力的计算方法.并以某型号轴承 A 为例进行了保持架强度计算,根据计算结果选择了合适的保持架材料.
Abstract
The calculation method of cage force is introduced,including the force impacted by balls when bearing starting or because of ball speed variation and the centrifugal force caused by high speed.Taking the bearing A used in liquid hydrogen turbo pump as an example,the strength of the cage is calculated.According to the calculation result,the suitable cage material is determined.
