Design Study of Structural Parameters of High-Speed Grease Lubricated Angular Contact Ball Bearings
High-speed grease lubricated angular contact ball bearings are widely used in machine tools and machining centers. In order to realize the localization substitution,by establishing a quasi-kinetic model of high-speed grease-lubricated angular contact ball bearings, taking centrifugal force, axial stiffness, rotation ratio and contact stress as the objective function, the structural parameters such as bearing contact angle, groove curvature coefficient, rolling element diameter, and number of rolling elements are designed and studied, and the temperature rise performance and limiting speed test of the designed H7020-2RZ bearing are carried out,and the results show that they meet the requirements.
