摘要

为了提高新能源汽车减速器用轴承的质量,消除因轴承设计缺陷而导致的失效风险,运用 ROMAX软件对某新能源减速器用轴承的强度及寿命进行预估分析.通过仿真分析计算,提出针对一些参数的优化设计解决方案,以满足减速器用轴承整车设计使用寿命和强度要求.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of bearings used in reducers for new energy vehicles and eliminate the risk of failure caused by bearing design defects,Romax software is used to predict and analyze the strength and service life of bearings.Through simulation analysis and calculation,optimization design solutions for some parameters are proposed to meet the overall design service life and strength requirements of bearings used in reducers.
