某变速箱整机试验运转 30 h 后,变速箱用圆柱滚子轴承内圈发生断裂.对轴承内圈断口进行观察,并采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验及洛氏硬度检验等技术对内圈剥离原因进行了分析,同时采用仿真计算软件对试验工况进行了分析.结果表明:轴承原材料无明显缺陷,但经仿真计算发现轴承滚道发生边缘应力集中,且由于 NJ 结构内圈单挡边无轴向固定,滚动体与轴承中心轴向偏移 0.25 mm 后,边缘接触应力超过极限要求,致使内圈滚道边缘率先发生剥落,逐步扩展并断裂.
Fatigue Fracture Analysis of a Cylindrical Roller Bearing with Single Rib on Inner Ring Used in Gearbox
After running for 30 hours,the inner ring of the cylindrical roller bearing broke during the gearbox test.The fracture surface of the inner ring of the bearing was observed,and techniques such as chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure inspection,and Rockwell hardness inspection were used to analyze the reasons for the fracture failure.Simulation calculation was used to analyze the test conditions.The results show that there are no obvious defects in the raw materials of the bearing,but simulation calculations have found that the edge stress concentration occurs in the bearing raceway.Due to the NJ structure,the inner ring has axial fixation with the single rib,and after the axial deviation between the rolling element and the bearing center is 0.25mm,the edge contact stress exceeds the limit requirement.The one edge of the inner ring raceway first peels off,gradually expands and fractures.
