Improved Oil Hole Processing Technology for Wind Power Yaw Pitch Bearings
Aiming at the problems of poor processing quality,low processing efficiency and large consumption cost of conventional wind power yaw pitch bearings,the following improvement measures are proposed.The oil hole is adjusted to the channel quenching pre-machining,which eliminates the consumption of cemented carbide drill bits and saves procurement costs.By adjusting the processing sequence of the oil holes,the oil holes are processed in place at one time,which avoids the quality problems caused by butt processing and direct processing of twist drills in the quenching layer,ensures the processing quality and improves the processing efficiency.After actual processing verification,the improved oil hole quality of wind power yaw pitch bearing can meet the requirements of users.
