摘要
针对转炉 OG 系统机前脱水器响爆现象进行系统分析,找出响爆具体原因.主要是固废压球点火困难导致点火瞬间炉内气体燃爆,冲击波从 OG 系统进入机前脱水器后受空间阻力影响而产生气爆.鉴于此,制定了一系列改进措施,实施效果良好.
Abstract
The explosion cause of the dehydrator in the front of the converter OG system is found out by systematic analysis,which is mainly due to the difficulty of using solid waste pressure ball to ignite the gas explosion in the furnace at the instant of ignition,the shock wave from OG system enters the front dehydrator and is affected by the space resistance to produce gas explosion.In view of this,a series of improvement measures have been formulated and implemented with good results.
