针对某机械用大型深沟球轴承污染严重、维护成本高的问题,优化设计了一种新型密封结构,最终优化方案得到了实施.首先对小型深沟球轴承的常规防尘盖和橡胶密封圈结构进行了介绍,总结了其特点并统计了其使用尺寸范围;然后参考常规密封的外圈牙口槽和内圈迷宫型结构,设计了一种非接触式钢板密封结构,应用后未达预期.根据轴承应用中的问题再次优化初步方案,调整了内外挡板位置并增加了 O 形密封圈,最终方案实施后效果良好,可为中大型深沟球轴承增设密封提供借鉴.
Sealing Structure Design of Large Deep Groove Ball Bearing with Outer Ring Rotation
In order to solve the problem of serious pollution and high maintenance cost of a large-scale deep groove ball bearing used in machinery,a new seal structure has been optimized and designed.Firstly,the structure of conventional dust cover and rubber seal ring of small deep groove ball bearing is introduced.Its characteristics and the range of size are summarized.Then,a non-contact steel plate sealing structure is designed according to the conventional sealing structure of the outer ring groove and the inner ring labyrinth.According to the problems in bearing application,the preliminary scheme is optimized again.The position of inner and outer baffles is adjusted and the O-ring is added.The effect of the final scheme is good,which can be used for reference to add seals for medium and large deep groove ball bearings.
