摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的自密封地铁轴箱轴承,其设计要点:1)轴承采用自密封紧凑型单元化结构;2)对密封方式做了改进;3)在内圈端面和挡圈之间增设 C 形塑钢垫圈.经验证,该轴承性能可以满足地铁工况使用要求.
Abstract
It introduces a new type of metro axle box bearing and its design points,mainly including:1)adopting a self-sealing compact unit structure,2)improving the bearing sealing structure,and 3)adding C-shaped plastic steel washers between the inner ring end face and the retaining ring.After verification,the performance of the bearing meets the requirements for metro operating conditions.
