Study on Correlation of Dynamic Performance Parameters of Deep Groove Ball Bearing Based on LS-DYNA
In this paper,a simulation model of 6309 deep groove ball bearing was created based on LS-DYNA software.The boundary conditions of the simulation model were established and the working conditions were simulated based on the national standard test conditions.The simulation models under different backlash and different groove curvature were calculated,and the correlation between vibration acceleration and vibration velocity of bearing dynamic performance parameters was studied.It was concluded that the vibration acceleration was correlated with the high frequency band of vibration velocity.At the same time,the dynamic performance parameters were tested under the same working conditions,and the correlation between vibration acceleration and vibration velocity was also studied.The simulation correlation data was consistent with the experimental correlation data,which further verified the accuracy of the simulation model.
