摘要
根据稠油开采特点及热采井套管损坏机理,黑龙江建龙钢铁有限公司(以下简称黑龙江建龙)成功开发出适合稠油开采专用套管—JL110H.介绍了该套管的开发背景、耐热钢种设计、生产工艺、常温性能、高温性能、挤毁强度及内压强度检验结果.实践证明,该套管完全满足稠油热采井工况下的使用要求.
Abstract
According to the characteristics of heavy oil exploitation and the mechanism of casing damage in thermal recovery wells,Heilongjiang Jianlong Steel Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Heilongjiang Jianlong)has successfully developed JL110H special casing suitable for heavy oil recovery.This paper introduces the development background,heat-resistant steel grade design,production process,room temperature performance,high temperature performance,collapse strength and internal pressure strength test results of this special casing.Practice shows that this casing fully meets the application requirements of heavy oil thermal recovery wells under working conditions.
