摘要
我公司某新型密封调心滚子轴承使用原有压装工装和压装方法易产生"翻边"、压装不到位等现象,针对上述质量问题设计了新的压装装置.经验证,新工装能够保证工件压装过程质量,既提升了产品合格率又提高了生产效率.
Abstract
A certain type of sealed self-aligning roller bearing is prone to"flipping"and inadequate pressing when using our company's original pressing assembly tooling and methods.A new pressing device has been developed to address these quality issues.After verification,the new tooling can ensure the quality of the workpiece pressing assembly process,which not only improves the product qualification rate but also enhances production efficiency.
