Improvement of J703 Sine Meter Acceptance Listings
The calibration of the angle of the inner and outer raceway standard parts of tapered roller bearings is usually measured on the J703 conical raceway sine meter.During use,it was found that there were errors in the angle deviation of the inner and outer raceways of the tapered roller bearings measured by different suppliers of the J703 instrument,which could not meet the requirements of use.In response to this issue,experiments were conducted on two J703 conical raceway sine meters produced by different manufacturers to measure the angle of the conical raceway.The impact of the accuracy of the center distance L dimension of the sine meter on the measurement was verified,and requirements were put forward for the length of the sine meter of the J703 sine meter.The acceptance project for the newly manufactured J703 instrument was also improved.
