摘要
轴承的失效模式有很多,其中润滑不良是造成轴承早期失效的原因之一.润滑剂的检测分析为企业润滑管理提供了依据,规避了轴承严重的润滑故障与失效.本文首先介绍了润滑的作用以及润滑剂的选择,然后通过分析中国润滑认可实验室及轴承认可实验室的现状,找出润滑认可实验室与轴承行业之间的联系并提出了相应的建议.
Abstract
There are many failure modes of bearings,among which poor lubrication is one of the reasons for early failure of bearings.The detection and analysis of lubricant provides a basis for the lubrication management of enterprises,and avoids the serious lubrication failure and failure of bearings.This paper first introduces the role of lubrication and the selection of lubricants.Then,by analyzing the current situation of China's lubrication accreditation laboratories and bearing accreditation laboratories,the connection between them is identified,and corresponding suggestions are proposed.
