Analysis on the Teachers'Quality Development in Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Universities
The teachers'quality has a direct impact on the quality and sustainable development for Chinese-foreign cooperative universities.Based on the self-evaluation reports of Chinese-foreign cooperative institutions and programs,this paper analyzes the current situations and existing problems for teachers'quality development in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities and proposes the improvement countermeasures.Therefore,the Chinese-foreign cooperative universities should normalize teachers'recruitment models and optimize teachers'structure to improve teachers'quality,integrate the teaching methods and enhance the cross-cultural competence to strengthen teachers'teaching quality,and combine teaching with scientific research and strengthen inter-school cooperation to improve teachers'scientific research quality.
