Strategies on Talent Cultivation of Financial Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Industry-Education Integration
At the stage of high-quality development in society's economy,there still exists a certain gap between the talent cultivation of financial management specialty in higher vocational colleges and the demands for financial enterprises and the financial talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges cannot meet the demands for financial enterprises.In order to improve the talent cultivation quality in financial management specialty,the local governments at all levels should increase their support for the industry-education integration,enhance the enthusiasm between higher vocational colleges and financial enterprises,encourage the deep integration of colleges and enterprises,break through the original talent cultivation modes,strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teaching group,meet the demands of financial enterprises for talents,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
