智能网联汽车工程技术专业人才培养定位与课程体系构建

产业发展离不开人才,高质量的人才是产业发展的基础.智能网联汽车产业的飞速发展,对人才提出了新要求.智能网联汽车专业作为职业教育新增专业,确定专业人才培养定位和课程体系是亟需解决的问题.根据智能网联汽车企业对人才的需求,确定领军人才、研发技术人才、生产制造人才、销售服务人才和其他人才5大人才类别,以及整车架构工程师、系统/模块架构工程师、软件开发工程师、硬件开发工程师、数据及算法工程师和测试标定工程师6大岗位.同时面向岗位群、典型工作任务及职业能力要求,确定包括专业核心课、专业基础课、专业拓展课和公共基础必修课在内的培养行业需求的复合型人才的课程体系.
The Talent Cultivation Orientation and Curriculum System Construction in Automative Engineering Technology of Intelligent Network Major
The high-quality talents are the foundation of industrial development.The rapid development of intelligent network automobile industry puts forward new requirements for talents'quality.As the new major in vo-cational education,it is the urgent need for the intelligent network automobile major to clear the specialized talent cultivation orientation and curriculum system.According to the demand of intelligent network automobile enterprise for talents'quality,five types of talent can be identified including leading talents,technical talents,creative tal-ents,sales and service talents,and other kinds of talents,and six types of position can be identified such as vehi-cle architecture engineers,system/module architecture engineers,software development engineers,hardware devel-opment engineers,data and algorithm engineers,and test and calibration engineers.At the same time,facing the requirements of position groups,typical tasks,and professional abilities,higher vocational colleges should set up the curriculum system which meets the industry's requirements including professional core courses,professional basic courses,professional extended courses,and public basic compulsory courses.
