Targeted Employment:A New Approach to the Employment Services for College Students
At present,college students are facing severe employment situation and pressures and the relevant government departments and colleges have formulated a series of targeted measures in employment services for the purpose of promoting college students to realize the full employment actively.Under the above background,this paper takes the targeted employment connotation as the theoretical guidance,and aims at the existing problems including the oversimplified employment information collection,the homogeneous information push,and the untargeted employment guidance in the process of college employment services to adopt multiple measures by establishing targeted service concepts,forming targeted employment management modes,building the targeted guidance groups,and setting up the employment network platforms in order to provide the targeted employment services for college students better.
