运用组织化学方法探测陆地棉( Gossypium hirsutum L.)色素腺体内所含的主要次生代谢物质,Fast Blue BB验证了色素腺体内含有大量的多酚类物质,FeCI3检测证实色素腺体不仅是萘醌类物质的积累场所也是产生场所,醋酸铅检测证实萘醌类物质在色素腺体的分泌细胞内产生、在色素腺体的腔内积累.其中,醋酸铅检测方法为亚显微研究色素腺体内次生代谢物质的产生和转运有重要的应用价值.
Naphthoquinone with Phenolic Hydroxyl Groups in Pigment Glands of Gossypium Hirsutum L.Localised by Histochemical Staining
Secondary metabolism products in pigment glands of Gossypium hirsutum L. Are detected by histochemical staining. Polypheolic compounds in pigment glands are detected by Fast Blue BB. Terpene aldehydes are confirmed not only stored but also formed in pigment glands by FeC13. Naphthoquinone formed in the secretory cells of pigment glands and stored in the cavity of pigment glands is confirmed by lead acetate. It is important that lead acetate could be used to localise the formation and transportation of secondary metabolism products in pigment glands at sub-microcosmic level.
