禾谷炭疽菌14-3-3蛋白生物信息学分析

禾谷炭疽菌侵染玉米、小麦等粮食作物而引起的炭疽病,给各国农业生产造成了巨大经济损失.14-3-3蛋白普遍存在于真核生物,参与植物众多生理生化过程.本研究基于酿酒酵母中2个典型14-3-3蛋白序列,利用Blastp以及关键词对炭疽菌属蛋白质数据库进行比对、搜索,以及通过SMART保守结构域分析,明确该菌存在2个典型的14-3-3蛋白;同时,通过对上述蛋白进行二级结构、疏水性、信号肽,跨膜结构域以及亚细胞定位等生物信息学分析.该研究为深入开展禾谷炭疽菌14-3-3蛋白功能研究打下坚实的理论基础.
Bioinformatics Analysis on 14-3-3 in Colletotrichum graminicola
Colletotrichum graminicola can infect corn,wheat and other food crops and cause tremendous economic losses in agricultural production in many countries.14-3-3 proteins are commonly found in eukaryotes,which can involve in many processes of plant physiology and biochemistry.Based on two typical 14-3-3 protein sequences in Saccharomyces cerevisiae,to search 14-3-3 related protein sequence from the protein databases of Colletotrichum spp.With the Blastp as well as the use of words,two typical ones were identified in C.graminicola.Meanwhile,bioinformatics analysis on 14-3-3 was made including the secondary structure,hydrophobic,the signal peptide,trans-membrane domain structure and sub-cellular localization.The study can provide strong theoretical foundation to the function of 14-3-3 in C.graminicola.
