Influencing factors of pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with trans-vaginal cervical cerclage during pregnancy due to cervical insufficiency
Aim:To investigate the influencing factors of pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women underwent transvagi-nal cervical cerclage(TVC)during pregnancy due to cervical insufficiency. Methods:From January 2016 to December 2022,a total of 328 singleton pregnant women who underwent TVC due to cervical insufficiency in the First Affiliated Hospi-tal of Zhengzhou University were selected.According to the criteria of delivery gestational week≥28 weeks and newborn survival,260 cases were successful and 68 cases failed.Logistic regression was used to screen the influencing factors of pregnancy outcome after TVC.Results:Logistic regression analysis results showed that age, previous number of spontaneous abortion and/or preterm birth in the second trimester, assisted reproduction and postoperative complications were the risk factors of TVC pregnancy outcomes, and OR(95%CI)were 1.110(1.040-1.185),1.519(1.027-2.248),0.436(0.214-0.891)and 4.711(1.544-14.372),respectively.Conclusion:Age,the number of spontaneous abortion and/or preterm birth in the second trimester, assisted reproduction, and postoperative complications were influencing factors of TVC pregnancy outcomes.
