摘要

目的:探讨黏膜定位导板结合立体摄影测量技术在无牙颌种植即刻修复中的应用效果.方法:选择2021年10月至2023年8月在郑州人民医院口腔医院就诊的10例半口牙列缺失患者,其中上颌2例,下颌8例.利用黏膜定位导板行种植体植入术,采用立体摄影测量技术获取印模,48 h内完成即刻固定修复.结果:10例共植入64颗种植体,植入方向较好,植入扭矩达0.35 Nm.种植体无脱落,种植体周围无明显骨吸收,修复体无松动,患者对修复效果满意.结论:对于骨质条件较好的无牙颌患者,黏膜定位导板结合立体摄影测量技术行即刻固定修复,近期疗效满意.

Abstract

Aim;To explore the clinical efficacy of mucosa-supported surgical templates combined with photogrammetry technology in immediate implant restoration of edentulous jaws.Methods:Ten patients with half mouth edentulous who visi-ted Zhengzhou People's Hospital from October 2021 to August 2023 were selected,including 2 of the upper jaw edentulous and 8 of the lower jaw edentulous.Implantation was performed using mucosa-supported surgical templates,and the impres-sion was obtained using photogrammetry technology.Immediate repair was completed within 48 hours.Results:A total of 64 implants were implanted in 10 patients,with good implantation direction and implantation torque of 0.35 Nm.No implant was dislodged,no significant bone resorption was observed around the implant,and the repair was not loose.The patients were satisfied with the repair effect.Conclusion:For edentulous patients with good bone conditions,mucosa-supported sur-gical templates combined with photogrammetry technology for immediate implant restoration has a satisfactory short-term therapeutic effect.
