Cause Analysis and Identification of Key Elements of Telecom Network Fraud Crimes
The continuous high-level occurrence of telecom network fraud crimes has become one of the important challenges in current social governance.The existing research on the cause of telecom network fraud crimes mostly applies speculative methods and conducts research from different theoretical perspectives.The article applies grounded theory to conduct a qualitative study on the cause of telecom network fraud crimes based on obtaining a large amount of original interview materials and case records.Through step-by-step coding,an integrated cause analysis model for telecom network fraud crimes is established.On this basis,the AHP analytic hierarchy process of operations research theory is applied to calculate the weights of the main and secondary categories,and then the key elements in the causes of telecom network fraud crimes are determined,to realize qualitative and quantitative research on telecom network fraud crimes.The research results have certain practical significance for correctly understanding the comprehensive governance effectiveness of"cracking down,preventing,managing,governing,constructing,promoting",and adjusting policy guidance reasonably.
