Influence Mechanism of the Calling on Task Performance of Police Officers
The calling is of great significance to police officers who stick to the public security front.Based on the self-determination theory,this paper analyzed 406 police data by PLS-SEM,and explored mechanism of the effect of calling on police task performance.The research shows that calling has a positive impact on the task performance of police through the mediating role of work meaning,and work meaning has a positive impact on the task performance of police through two paths:organizational identity and job engagement.The research can provide a theoretical basis for improving police officers'management and enhancing the effectiveness of police work.
