Taking information theory science as the starting point of research,it can be seen that investigation information is an identifiable content reflecting the dynamic operation and static structure of the"crime-investigation"system,when its mining and application is the basis for constantly clarifying and revising investigation understanding and making investigation decisions,thus it is both the premise of crime prevention and control and the starting point of investigation work.With case study of pension fraud crime,the theory of crime script analysis is introduced,and the criminal mode of pension fraud is analyzed.The study focuses on how the"crime script"is spread and developed in the relatively closed social group of the elderly,how the specific background will affect the elderly to let them have wrong understanding and then be deceived,which can provide a new perspective for the acquisition and application of this kind of complex case investigation information with high incidence,multiple victims and bad social impact,and finally it is conducive to the improvement of information mining and application of similar case investigation.
