Research on the Emergency Response Mechanism of Sudden Social Security Incidents Based on Grounded Theory
In-depth study of the emergency response process of social security emergencies and the construction of the response mechanism model is an important part of improving the emergency response capability and improving China's public security governance system.Thirty typical cases of social security emergencies were selected according to the level of emergency response.Coded and analyzed by using the grounded theory,the influencing factors of the emergency response mechanism of social security emergencies including the response target,response organization,response logic,and response effectiveness were refined,and the model of the emergency response mechanism of social security emergencies was constructed together with each other,and the model of the emergency response mechanism of social security emergencies was built from the clear response target,the construction of the highly efficient horizontal and vertical joint.It also puts forward suggestions and initiatives from clarifying the response goal,building an efficient horizontal and vertical linkage response command organization,focusing on the organizational response to the follow-up of the incident and public opinion response,and focusing on the efficiency of the emergency response,so as to provide reference for the relevant departments to better cope with the emergent social security incidents,and to enhance the capacity and level of the social security emergency management.
