How to deal with the property involved in criminal litigation is not only a matter of substantive law,but also a matter of procedural law;not only does it involve accurate determination of case facts,but it also involves the protection of property rights of litigation participants.Under the traditional litigation mode,there is a lack of content for outsiders to participate in the handling of property involved in the case.After reform and improvement,China's criminal litigation legislation has established a procedure for outsiders to participate in the review of property involved,providing procedural space for outsiders.On this basis,it is necessary to clarify the status of the outsiders involved in the trial and litigation,refine the procedural content,and construct a litigation-oriented property trial procedure.
