In the judicial process of criminal compliance of enterprises involved in the case,criminal proof has shifted from the traditional proof of incrimination as the main focus and the proof of incrimination as the auxiliary,to the main proof object of"defense"against incrimination.As a result,the traditional responsibility of proof,proof methods,and proof standards have all undergone a transformation.Unlike simply distinguishing the object of proof based on whether it is a constituent element,the proof of corporate criminal compliance facts adds more factors that cannot be standardized.Based on the differences in proof objects,a proof method should be constructed in which the enterprise bears the main responsibility of proof for compliance plans and the prosecution bears supplementary proof for dissenting views,and corresponding"comprehensive"proof standards should be established for execution,to standardize the process of proving the compliance facts of the involved enterprises.
