摘要
在"专业+机制+大数据"新型警务模式和"情指行"一体化机制双重视阈下,警务指挥呈现出指挥主体多元化、指挥信息网络化、辅助决策智能化、指挥手段现代化等新特点.但是当前"情指行"一体化机制运行中"指挥"环节还存在不少问题,需要从培养新型警务指挥人才、重构警务指挥机构、变革警务指挥组训模式、完善警务指挥保障体系等方面寻求突破,深入挖掘警务指挥能力生长点,为加快形成和提升新质公安战斗力提供保障.
Abstract
Under the dual perspectives of the new policing model of"professional+mechanism+big data"and the integrated mechanism of"intelligence,command and action",policing command presents new characteristics such as diversification of command subjects,networking of command information,intelligent decision-making support,and modernization of command means.However,there are still many problems in the"command"link in the operation of the integrated mechanism of"intelligence,command and action".It is necessary to seek breakthroughs from the aspects of cultivating new police command talents,reconstructing police command organization,reforming police command training mode,and improving police command support system,so as to further explore the growth points of police command ability,thus providing guarantees for accelerating the formation and promotion of high-quality police combat effectiveness.
