Construction of A Unified and Digital Intelligence Supervision System for Internal Law Enforcement in Public Security Organs
With the steady progress of digital government construction,the use of digital intelligence technology combined with power supervision to build a unified and digitally intelligent supervision system has become a necessary path for the transformation of power supervision in the digital age.At present,although the supervision departments in public security organs have made certain explorations in the construction of the unified and digitally intelligent supervision system,the current supervision status still faces multiple dilemmas,such as subjectivity,co-governance,entire process,and practice.This study drew on the typical practices of public security organs in Changshu City,Guiyang City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,and other places combining digital technology supervision with the unified supervision system.Based on the above research,this study proposes four specific construction directions of the unified and digitally intelligent supervision system,including ensuring the independence of supervision subjects,coordinating supervision resources,connecting the entire process of supervision,and empowering the supervision pattern through digital intelligence.
