烤烟散叶堆积烘烤过程中烘烤因素与叶温变化的通径分析

为研究散叶堆积烘烤过程中其他烘烤因素对叶温变化的影响,利用烤烟多参数实时监测仪与温湿度自控仪测量烘烤过程中叶温、风速、风压、干球温度、湿球温度和相对湿度.结果表明,散叶堆积烘烤过程中叶温的变化有4个阶段:预热阶段、叶温平稳阶段、缓慢升温阶段、快速升温阶段.在不同阶段对叶温变化影响的主要因素不同,预热阶段的主要影响因素是干球温度与风压;叶温平稳阶段的主要影响因素为干球温度、相对湿度和风压:缓慢升温阶段的主要影响因素是干球温度与相对湿度,快速升温阶段的对叶温变化的影响以干球温度与相对湿度为主,风速与风压为辅.叶温的变化是烟叶外在环境与内在生理的共同作用,散叶堆积烘烤过程中可以通过控制叶温的变化来提高烟叶烘烤质量.
Path analysis of leaf temperature and curing factors of accumulation of loose leaf cured tobacco in curing process
To study the influence of some cured factors on leaf temperature in the curing process,the leaf temperature,wind speed,wind pressure,dry bulb temperature,wet bulb temperature and relative humidity were monitored by multi-parameter real-time monitor of flue-curing tobacco and temperature and humidity auto-controlled apparatus in curing process.The results showed that there were four stages about the leaf temperature in the curing process:preheated warming stage,stably warming stage,slowly warming stage and quickly warming stage.There were different main factors in the four stages.The main factors included dry bulb and wind pressure in the preheated warming stage; and the main factors were relative humidity and air pressure in stably warming stage; but the main factors were the dry bulb temperature and relative humidity in slow warming stage,however,the main factors were dry bulb temperature and relative humidity,next were wind speed and wind pressure in quickly warming stage.The reason for tobacco leaf temperature changing was the external environment and internal physiological interaction,so the leaf temperature could be controlled to improve the quality of tobacco curing comparison in loose leaf accumulation curing process.
