Analysis of farmer's cognition and transfer intention of agricultural enterprises transferring land
[Objective]This study was conducted to explore the actual situation of land transfer by agri-cultural enterprises in major grain producing areas,as well as the awareness and willingness of farmers to transfer land,in order to propose countermeasures to standardize the land transfer behavior of agri-cultural enterprises and protect the rights and interests of farmers.[Method]Based on the survey data of 426 farmers from 5 villages in Xiongzhai Town,Zhengyang County,Henan Province,binary logistic regression model was used to empirically test the understanding of farmers on agricultural enterprise land transfer and the degree of influence of land transfer intention from the economic,land use,and social levels.[Result]Age,educational level,total household population,labor force,non-agricultur-al income,and economic level cognition of farmers have a significant positive effect,while land frag-mentation,land use level cognition,and social level cognition have a significant negative impact.[Conclusion]In the process of land transfer by agricultural enterprises,relevant government depart-ments should focus on improving the land use supervision and management system from the three levels of economy,land use,and society,improving the rural social security system,and effectively safe-guarding the rights and interests of farmers.
