Selection of combined application mode of organic fertilizer and inorganic nitrogen in winter wheat planting area of lime concretion black soil in Southeast Henan
[Objective]The objective of this study is to explore the suitable combined application pattern of organic fertilizer and inorganic nitrogen in the winter wheat planting area of lime concretion black soil in Southeast Henan,so as to provide technical support for the sustainable utilization of regional soil resources and the high-yield and efficient production of winter wheat.[Method]Based on the posi-tioning experiment with different nitrogen application rates for 10 consecutive years from 2012 to 2021,a study was conducted to analyze the changes of soil aggregate composition, soil aggregate stability, soil aggregate organic matter and total nitrogen content in 0-20 cm undisturbed soil under different nitrogen application rates,as well as the effects of the changes on winter wheat yield and its component factors.[Result]The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer could optimize the composition of soil aggregates in the 0-20 cm soil layer, compared with the long-term nitrogen fertilizer treatment without organic fertilizer, the nitrogen application rate and combined application of organic fertilizer increased the>5 mm soil aggregate content by 10.97%on average. The MWD and GMD of soil aggregates in the nitrogen application rate and combined application with organic fertilizer were higher than those in the long-term nitrogen fertilizer treatment without organic fertilizer, which increased by 1.73%-7.83%and 0.95%-6.00%,respectively.Compared with the long-term single application of nitrogen fertilizer without organic fertilizer, the nitrogen application rate and combined application of organic fertilizer could increase the carbon and nitrogen content of soil aggregates, with an average increase of 20.59%and 2.82%,respectively.Compared with the long-term single application without organic fertilizer, the combined application treatment of organic fertilizer could increase the wheat yield by 13.05%on average in two years.[Conclusion]The maximum theoretical yield could be achieved when nitrogen application ranged from 201.72 to 234.10 kg·hm-2 with organic fertilizer added. The combined application mode of nitrogen application rate of 240 kg·hm-2 and organic fertilizer of 5 000 kg·hm-2 was conducive to yield improvement and the yield increase effect was the best, which could realize the synergistic regulatory effects of soil structure improvement, aggregate stability improvement, soil fer-tilization and yield improvement, and could be used as a combination of nitrogen application rate and organic fertilizer suitable for winter wheat planting in lime concretion black soil area of southeast Henan.
