Investigation on the invasive alien plants in Neihuang County,Anyang City
[Object]To clarify the invasion status of alien plants in Neihuang County of Anyang City and provide basis for alien plant invasion prevention and control, biodiversity protection and ecological security management.[Method]By conducting field surveys at 168 sites in 17 towns and villages in Neihuang County, the background of invasive alien plants in the area was obtained and the growth status of each invasive plant was analyzed. The risk assessment indicators for invasive alien plants were screened to form a risk assessment system, and all indicators were assigned values to evaluate the invasion risk of each alien plant.[Result]A total of 44 species of invasive alien plants, belonging to 16 families, were found. There are 15 species in the Asteraceae family, accounting for 34%.In terms of geographical origin, there are 5 types,of which the largest number are from the America with 30 species, accounting for 66.7%.A total of 7 species of life forms were identified, with the largest number of 1-year-old herbaceous species, comprising 32 species(71.1%).There are 3 species of alien invasive plants with level Ⅰ hazard level, namely Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Erigeron canadensis L.),morning glory(Ipomoea nil(Linnaeus)Roth)and ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.).Additionally,6 species were categorized as Level Ⅱ hazards,9 species as Level Ⅲ hazards,8 types as Level Ⅳ hazards and 18 types as Level Ⅴ hazards.[Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the management and control of the invasive foreign plants. The study report on alien plant invasion and the invasion risk assessment data in Neihuang County are of certain reference significance for developing management strategies and effective control of alien plant invasion in the local area as well as in other areas.
