摘要
近年来干旱频发,2022年黄山市境内多地发生较为严重的夏秋冬连旱,持续少雨天气致使部分地区出现人饮困难和作物缺墒现象,给群众生活和农业生产造成较大的影响.文章通过对2022年汛期出现的干旱研究分析,针对此次旱情发展过程,分析旱情旱灾特征,剖析旱情成因及规律,结合旱情为黄山市制定减灾对策和建议,为水资源的利用和保护提供理论依据.
Abstract
In recent years,drought has occurred frequently.In 2022,many places in Mount Huangshan City will suffer from severe continuous drought in summer,autumn and winter.The continuous lack of rain resulted in drinking difficulties and crop shortage in some areas,which had a greater impact on people's life and agricultural production.Based on the research and analysis of the drought in the flood season in 2022,the characteristics of the drought are analyzed in this paper.The causes and rules of the drought are analyzed.The disaster reduction countermeasures and suggestions for Huangshan City in combination with the drought are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the utilization and protection of water resources.
