Reflections on the Integrated Construction and Management of Urban and Rural Water Supply in Huaxian County
The integration of urban and rural water supply is a major people's livelihood project,which fully embodies the improvement of the living conditions of the residents in rural areas,the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and the realization of the optimal allocation and sustainable use of water resources.However,in the process of construction and management,it is inevitable to encounter problems.The asynchronous development process of urban and rural water supply and the loopholes in the water supply management mechanism undoubtedly hinder the development process of coordinated urban and rural water supply.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the problems in the process of urban-rural water supply integration in Huaxian County,so as to provide a reference for the problems which have occured in the process of urban-rural water supply integration.
