小胡楼水库除险加固中混凝土防渗墙施工技术

水利工程混凝土防渗墙施工时,由于缺乏对水库客观环境条件的分析,导致防渗墙的防渗性能难以满足水库除险加固工程的需求。为此,提出小胡楼水库除险加固中混凝土防渗墙施工技术研究。按照减水率控制在25%以上,含气量控制在5。0以内在28d内,混凝土的收缩率控制在110%以内的标准,对具体的施工混凝土进行配制,在计算了实际的水力情况基础上,确定具体的混凝土防渗墙底宽参数,最后通过在防渗墙框架上设置灌浆孔,进行灌浆施工,完成混凝土防渗墙施工。在测试结果中,测试周期内,累计渗流量稳定在10 Lu以内,单一周期内的渗流量稳定在1。50 Lu以内,能够满足水库除险加固工程的需求。
Research on Construction Technology of Concrete Anti-seepage Wall in the Reinforcement of Xiaohulou Reservoir
During the construction of the hydraulic engineering concrete cut-off wall,due to the lack of analysis of the objective environmental conditions of the reservoir,the impervious performance of the cut-off wall can not meet the needs of the reservoir reinforcement project.Thus,the construction technology of concrete cut-off wall in the reinforcement of Xiaohulou Reservoir is put forward.According to the standards that the water reducing rate should be controlled more than 25%,the air content should be controlled less than 5.0 within 28 days,and the shrinkage rate of concrete should be controlled less than 110.0%,the specific concrete construction should be prepared.Based on the calculation of the actual hydraulic conditions,the concrete parameters of the bottom width of the concrete cut-off wall are determined.Finally,grouting holes are set on the anti-seepage wall frame to carry out grouting construction and complete the construction of the concrete anti-seepage wall.In the test results,the cumulative seepage flow is stable within 10.0 Lu during the test period,and within 1.5 Lu in a single period,which can meet the needs of reservoir reinforcement projects.
