Analysis of Operation,Maintenance and Emergency Management of a Rural Drinking Water Safety Project
The construction,operation and emergency management analysis of rural drinking water safety project is the core content of rural drinking water safety project management,which has great significance for the implementation of rural drinking water safety project.To this end,combined with the implementation case of drinking water safety project of Mayugang Village,Shiqiao Town,Panzhou City,analysis and research are carried out.The results show that,the general situation of the project is understood.First of all,the project construction management is analyzed from the aspects of project organization and setup,implementation of four systems in project construction,project preparation,project construction and supervision and management.The engineering construction mainly includes engineering coordination,material storage and distribution,civil pipeline installation,power transmission and distribution installation,fund allocation and settlement and project acceptance.Secondly,implement research on project operation and maintenance management is carried out from the aspects of project management subject and mode,project operation and management,scope and mechanism of management and maintenance.Engineering operation management mainly includes engineering maintenance,technical service and time-division water supply.At the same time,engineering emergency management analysis and research are completed from the aspects of daily prevention and emergency preparation,drinking water safety guarantee emergency plan,emergency response procedures,emergency organization and command,technical material personnel support requirements,emergency termination procedures and the submission of incident handling reports.It can provide reference for the implementation plan of similar rural drinking water safety projects.
