The Key Technology of YRSC Coagulant in Emergency Expressway Application
The emergency rescue expressway requires sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure rapid traveling in an emergency.It also ensuring that the road can withstand the weight and speed of emergency vehicles.It is of great significance to master the key technologies of constructing the rescue expressway to ensure people's life and property safety.Currently,the commonly used soil and sand consolidation materials in engineering have the disadvantages of limited consolidation objects and long consolidation time.The feasibility of using YRSC as a new rapid-setting binder for emergency rescue expressway construction is discussed in this paper.The compressive strength,shear strength,water softening resistance,salt erosion resistance and permeability of shallow silt and sand in Sanmenxia Reservoir area of the Yellow River are compared under the same conditions with YRSC coagulant and cement.The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of YRSC cemented sand is much higher than that of cemented sand under the same conditions.The early strength of YRSC cemented sand increases faster than that of cement concrete sand,and all mechanical properties are superior to those of cement concrete sand.Moreover,it is more convenient for the construction and of lower cost.It provides scientific basis for the large-scale application of YRSC binder in consolidating soil and sand along the Yellow River in emergency expressways.
