Analysis of the Influence of Material Content on Compressive Strength of Plastic Concrete
The compressive strength of plastic concrete is greatly influenced by the mix ratio, and the degree of influence varies with the amount of materials added. In order to explore the effects of W/B ratio, sand ratio, and bentonite content on the compressive strength of plastic concrete, various methods such as grey correlation theory, correlation analysis, and method based on decomposition were introduced to analyze step by step, and the influence of material content on the compressive strength of plastic concrete was quantitatively calculated. The results show that W/B ratio has the greatest impact on the compressive strength of plastic concrete, while the influence of bentonite content and sand ratio is relatively small. The obtained multiple linear regression model meets the accuracy requirements.Under the same raw materials and experimental conditions, the compressive strength value of plastic concrete can be predicted based on the proposed mix ratio,or the initial mix ratio can be adjusted based on the target strength.
