Application of Modern Communication in Flood Control Emergency of Gushitan Reservoir
Modern communication method has played a crucial role in the transmission of flood control information,scientific,accurate,real-time scheduling and emergency rescue organization,It is one of the fundamental and critical guarantee in the flood control emergency work measures of Gushitan Reservoir.By analyzing the typical application of mobile communication,ultrashort wave and other communication means in fighting against the 21·9 flood in Gushitan Reservoir,the performance of various communication means in fighting against rainstorm and flood is explored in this paper.The experience of communication technology support in reservoir emergency work is summarized.It provides reference for further improvement and reliability of flood control emergency support for similar reservoirs.
