豫北山区某小型水库防洪能力复核

摘要
水库防洪能力复核是水库大坝安全鉴定的重要内容,是根据水库设计阶段采用的水文资料和运行期延长的水文资料,考虑建坝后上下游地区人类活动的影响以及水库工程现状,进行设计洪水复核和调洪计算,评价大坝现状防洪能力是否满足现行有关标准要求.文章以河南省卫辉市香泉水库为例,分析水库经除险加固工程施工后,又经历较大洪水过程后,现场安全检查及安全检测,评价安全监测系统完备性和监测资料可靠性,进行现状防洪能力复核.
Abstract
The review of reservoir flood control capacity is an important part of the safety assessment of a reservoir dam.It is based on the hydrological data used in the design stage of the reservoir and the hydrological data extended during the operation period,considering the impact of human activities in the upstream and downstream areas after the dam is built,as well as the current situation of the reservoir engineering.The design flood review and flood control calculation are carried out to evaluate whether the current flood control capacity of the dam meets the requirements of the current relevant standards.Taking the Xiangquan Reservoir of Weihui City,Henan Province as an example,the on-site safety inspection and safety detection of the reservoir after the construction of the reinforcement project and the flood process are analyzed.The completeness of the safety monitoring system and the reliability of monitoring data are evaluated.And a review of the current flood control capacity is conducted.
